Some products are made to order and begin production shortly after an order is placed. Because of this, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
If you need to request a change to your order (such as a customization detail), please contact us as soon as possible at arveneshop@use.startmail.com.
Requests received after production has started may not be eligible for modification or cancellation.
Customized & Print-On-Demand Products
Many of our products are customized or printed on demand based on the information provided at checkout.
